This is a brand new OEM Goodman Amana Janitrol upgraded Condenser Fan Motor. It is rated at 1/4 HP, 208-230 volts, and 1075 RPM. If the shaft is seen facing up (as in the photo) the rotation is counter-clockwise. It replaces the part numbers listed below.
