Description
This is a brand new OEM Trane American Standard upgraded TXV Valve. It is for 2-3 Ton R-22 systems. It replaces the part numbers listed below.
The thermostatic expansion valve controls one thing only: the rate of flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator. This is achieved by monitoring temperature and pressure in the refrigerant system.
